BLANCHE W. (Warbritton) Stout - Blance Stout, 87, of 406 S. Washington St. died at 2:40 p.m. Sunday in Lane House Nursing Home. Mrs. Stout was a retired teacher. She had taught in the city and county school systems. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star. She was a 1910 graduate of Crawfordsville High School and Taylor University. Born Jan. 9, 1891, in New Market, she was a daughter of John F. and Laura A. (Rush) Warbritton. She married Emmett Carl Stout at Crawfordsville on Feb. 11, 1921. He died in 1972. There are no survivors. A brother, Ernest, was killed in World War I. Services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Powers Funeral Home here with George Beatty officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
